Neighborhood Watch Program

Neighborhood Watch is a community-based partnership between neighbors and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office focused on awareness, communication, and crime prevention. The program encourages residents to look out for one another, report suspicious activity, and stay informed about local crime trends. With support from law enforcement and the help of volunteer block captains, Neighborhood Watch strengthens connections between neighbors and promotes a safer, more engaged community.

E-Bike and Golf Cart Safety

E-bikes and golf carts are a fun and convenient way to get around our neighborhood when used responsibly, but PARENTS PLEASE TALK WITH YOUR CHILDREN.

Riders should follow local rules, wear appropriate safety gear, stay alert for pedestrians, and operate at safe speeds, especially near homes and intersections. A little awareness goes a long way in keeping everyone safe while enjoying our community.

Hurricane Safety

Hurricane season is a part of life in Florida, and preparation makes all the difference. Staying informed, having a basic plan, and keeping emergency supplies on hand can help protect your family and property. Taking simple steps before a storm and looking out for neighbors afterward helps our entire community weather hurricanes more safely.

ATVs and Offroad Vehicles

As a community alliance, we are not a regulating body and do not take an official position on the use of ATVs, dirt bikes, mini bikes, or go-karts. If you choose to ride, please be respectful of neighbors and the shared nature of our streets. Follow all traffic laws, especially speed limits and stop signs, and make sure your vehicle has a properly working muffler. Some bikes and mini bikes can be extremely loud, and being mindful of noise helps keep our neighborhood safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
