Neighborhood-Wide Shopping Event in Sherwood:

Join us for a neighborhood wide Spring Community Garage Sale on Saturday, April 18, 2026 in Sherwood. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE MAP

This event is open to the public and shoppers from across Titusville and surrounding areas are invited to come explore garage sales throughout the neighborhood. Residents throughout Sherwood will be set up at their homes with a wide variety of items, making this a great opportunity to spend the morning bargain hunting and discovering hidden treasures.

Start Time: Varies by household, with many sales beginning around 7:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.

Shoppers can expect garage sales throughout the neighborhood featuring a mix of items such as:

Parking and Courtesy:

Please park safely and be respectful of driveways, mailboxes, and traffic flows throughout the neighborhood.  Shoppers are encouraged to use caution and help make the event enjoyable for everyone.

There will be a ZERO TOLERANCE for reckless driving of e-bikes, mini bikes, etc.  The Brevard County Sheriff's Office has been contacted about the event and the Community Alliance has requested a ZERO TOLERANCE because of all the traffic and pedestrians.  Parents - talk to your children and make sure they follow all rules or stay home.

The Sherwood Area Community Alliance (SACA) does not have regulatory authority and is not granting legal permission to operate any business or sell food.  If any license, permit, insurance, or registration is required for your activity, it is your responsibility to understand and obtain any required approvals prior to participating.  By registering or attending - vendors, sellers, participants, guests, visitors, shoppers, etc. acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own safety and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Brevard County Ordinance (Summary):

​

Duration: Maximum of 48 hours

Frequency: Maximum of two sales in a 12-month period.

Location: Must be on the premises of a single lot or parcel.

Parking/Traffic: The individual must manage parking to prevent unsafe conditions on public streets

Cleanup: All items must be removed or hidden from public view after the sale ends.

Permits: No business tax receipt is required for sales that comply with these conditions.

Signs: Temporary residential signs are allowed, but must be removed immediately after the sale.
