Valentine's Day Kids Valentine Swap:

We are hosting a Valentine's Day card swap for kids.  This is a fun, low-pressure way for children to spread kindness in the neighborhood.

How It Works:

Participating kids will create generic Valentines (no need to write names, just a simple "Happy Valentine's Day", or similar is fine).  A small bite-sized, or fun-sized candy, treat, etc., may be attached if you choose, but it's completely optional.

If you sign up, you will receive an address list (no personalized info) of the participants.  Your kids will deliver Valentines to other participating households.  The address list will only be shared with registered participants and will NOT contain any private information.

It's recommended that your kids make a small decorative box to leave at the front door so the other children can drop their Valentines.

The Valentine's Day "Exchange" will happen on February 14th.  I would suggest having it completed by 3pm, so parents know when to take in the receiving box.  The exchange happens on your own, just cruise the neighborhood and drop Valentines off at your leisure.  It will be fun to see everyone out on bikes, golf carts, walking, cars, etc., spreading kindness.

How to Participate:

Simply fill out the registration form below (no later than January 31st). Once the participants are identified, I will send out the number of Valentines needed and the address list.

Special Valentines Recipients:

We would also like to include a small number of special Valentines recipients who aren't kids and who would enjoy a little extra cheer and love from kids.  If you know of anyone who fits one of the categories below, feel free to recommend them and share any info you're comfortable sharing.

Special recipients may include:

- Elderly residents

- Individual with special needs

- Someone who may be going through a tough time

- Or anyone needing extra cheer and love

Try to limit special recipients to ensure the experience remains meaningful and manageable.
