HALLOWEEN IN SHERWOOD – THANK YOU, EVERYONE!
First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who participated in Halloween festivities throughout Sherwood last night! From the residents who handed out candy and decorated their homes to the parents, trick-or-treaters, and drivers who helped keep things safe, we appreciate everyone who made the evening enjoyable!
A Fun and Safe Halloween!
We're happy to report that, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), no major incidents were reported during last night's festivities!
Something Special About Sherwood
Every Halloween, hundreds of children and families travel from all over town to trick-or-treat in our neighborhood.
We realize that the extra traffic, crowds, and activity can sometimes be a little overwhelming (and maybe even a little annoying ).
But here's another way to look at it...
What a privilege it is to live in a neighborhood that so many others want to experience and be a part of, even if just for one evening.
It's not about having the biggest houses, the best decorations, or the most candy. It's about living in a community where people feel welcome, where families want to bring their children, and where traditions bring people together.
There's something pretty special about that, and we should all be thankful to call Sherwood home.
ONE SMALL FAVOR – LET'S CLEAN UP!
With all those little ghosts, goblins, superheroes, and princesses running around, it's inevitable that a few candy wrappers, empty bags, and pieces of leftover candy find their way onto our streets and lawns.
We're asking everyone to take just a few minutes today to check the area in front of their homes and pick up any leftover Halloween litter.
Even if it's not your trash, a quick cleanup goes a long way toward keeping Sherwood looking great!
A few minutes from each household can make a HUGE difference throughout the neighborhood.
COMING UP NEXT – CHRISTMAS IN SHERWOOD!
Halloween may be behind us, but we're already looking forward to some of Sherwood's favorite holiday traditions!
Golf Cart Christmas Parade – Saturday, December 5th!
Mark your calendars! We're planning an afternoon and evening of holiday fun, including food trucks, activities, and our Golf Cart Christmas Parade!
Festivities will begin at 2:00 PM, with the parade kicking off at 6:00 PM. We'll share more details as planning continues!
Christmas Eve Luminaries – Orders Available!
One of Sherwood's most beautiful traditions is just around the corner! Help us light up the neighborhood on Christmas Eve by participating in our annual luminary display.
Luminaries are available to order online, with free pickup or optional home delivery.

We strongly encourage EVERY household to participate and help keep this wonderful Sherwood tradition going!
UNTIL NEXT YEAR!
Thank you again to everyone who helped make Halloween in Sherwood another memorable evening.
Great neighborhoods don't happen by accident. They're built by the people who care enough to make them great.
Happy November, Sherwood!
