Fall Community Garage Sale Returns October 17: Everyone Is Welcome to Participate!

Whether you're looking to clear out some space around the house, find a few hidden treasures, or enjoy a morning exploring the neighborhood, we invite you to join us for another great community event.

Our neighborhood-wide garage sales are a wonderful opportunity to bring residents together while attracting shoppers from surrounding communities. This fall, we're also inviting food and merchandise vendors to participate, adding even more variety

And remember, registration is NOT required to participate! Anyone who wants to host a garage sale can do so without signing up. Registration is simply an opportunity to have your location included on our official event map and promotional materials.

Host a Garage Sale at Your Home

Have a garage full of things you no longer need? Maybe the kids have outgrown their toys, you've been meaning to clean out the closets, or you're ready to part with some furniture and household items.

Now is the perfect opportunity!

Residents may host garage sales at home without registering with the Alliance. Simply set up your sale and participate at your leisure.

However, we encourage residents to register if they'd like their home included on the official event map. This helps shoppers locate participating homes and allows us to promote your sale as part of the neighborhood-wide event.

Individual garage sale participants may determine their own starting times, although most sales typically begin around 7 or 8 AM.

No registration is required to host a garage sale. Register by October 10th only if you want your home listed on the official map.

Calling All Food and Merchandise Vendors!

We're also inviting neighbors and local vendors to join the fun!

Whether you're interested in setting up a coffee station, selling homemade baked goods, running a lemonade stand, offering BBQ, or showcasing handmade products, we welcome your participation.

Vendors who would like their locations and offerings included on the official event map and promotional materials should complete the vendor registration form by October 10th.

Registration with the Alliance is optional and is used for event mapping and promotion purposes only.

Please note that the Alliance has no regulatory authority and does not grant legal permission to operate a business or sell food. Vendors are individually responsible for determining and complying with any applicable licensing, permitting, food safety, insurance, or other regulatory requirements.

Come Shop and Support Your Neighbors!

You don't have to sell anything to participate. We encourage everyone to come out, explore the neighborhood, discover some bargains, and support the residents and vendors who make these events possible.

Our goal is to make this a fun, relaxed community event that brings neighbors together while welcoming friends, family, and visitors from surrounding areas.

We'll publish the official garage sale map and additional event information as the date approaches.

Want Your Home or Vendor Location on the Map?

Registration isn't required to participate, but we encourage anyone hosting a garage sale or operating a vendor location to sign up by October 10th if they'd like to be included on our official event map and promotional materials.

Registering helps us create a more complete map, direct shoppers to participating locations, and promote the event throughout the surrounding community.

If you prefer not to register, that's perfectly fine! You're still welcome to host your garage sale and enjoy the event.
